Hello,

I recently got a post paid O2 SIM card with 20gb internet. And the salesman told me that the internet will be unlimited after this 20gb but unfortunately it is not the case. So that is why I want to change the contract from 20gb of internet to the unlimited internet pack (both of them cost the same). But I am not able to change it through my application. And I do not speak a lot of German so calling the customer care is also not a good idea. Kindly help.

thank you

Dear @Shre ,

welcome to our community. :snowman:

You got an o2 my Data unlimited option for one month for free to receive unlimited data, the option has since been deactivated.

You can change to the o2 Free unlimted basic tariff with a maximum surfing speed of 2 MBit/s for 29.99 euros. However, you would then lose your Young People discount of 10 euros per month. Do you still want to make the switch?

Kind regrards,

Andrea

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. But if I would lose my Young People discount then I would not like to make the switch.

Thank you

Hi @Shre

thanks for your reply.

Okay, then we do not make any change of your contract.

If you find out that the 20 GB are not sufficient for you, you can always order an additional Speed-Option for you. These additional internet-options only have a duration of 1 month and can be deactivated each month. Just have a look under Packs & Options .

By the way, on Wednesday at 7 p.m. there will be a concert of Sero. You have the possibility to watch it from your home via livestreaming. You are warmly invited.

Loving greetings,

Tobias
