Homespot didn'arrive yet


I received the SIM card 1 week ago but I got no Homespot yet. The Auftragsstatus is in Auslieferung, but I have no other details so far. The Auftragsnummer is WSFCxxxxxxxx2. 

Do you have any estimation of the Homespot delivery?

Did you already get your homespot or is the “Auftragsstatus” still “in Auslieferung”?

No, I didn't get the homespot yet. The status is still the same, still "in delivery". Could you please check? I already have the sim card but I can't use without the homespot.

there is no associated account, so I can´t check the details just yet.

Have you managed get a hold of the HomeSpot, or should we switch to personal messages to check the Status?
