Dear O2 Team,I recently applied for a new contract with O2, including an iPhone 16 Pro. During the application process, I selected a plan and requested to port my existing number from Lebara (015166837445) to O2.Everything went smoothly, and I have received the mobile phone. However, I have not yet received my contract number or SIM card, which means I am unable to log in to the O2 customer portal to check the status of the porting process or activate the SIM.At this point, I am unsure if I need to take any further steps from my side. Could you please guide me on the following: When can I expect to receive the SIM and contract details? Is there anything I need to do to complete the porting process and retain my existing number? I would appreciate your support in helping me proceed with the setup.Thank you in advance.Best regards,Sumanth GriddaluruEdit o2_Bianca 26.05.25 11:45Uhr: Moved from SIM-Karte Bestellung&Aktivierung to English o2 Community mobile

Hi, I have transferred €15 to the designated bank account for prepaid topup. But I forgot to add the reference no. in the remarks. Instead, I mentioned my phone number in the remark. The amount is not credited yet. None of the customer support numbers for prepaid customers are English speaking. Is there any email id or English speaking number where they serve prepaid customers. I have tried 089666630081 but they are saying that they serve postpaid customers only. Edit o2_Bianca 20.05.25 09:00Uhr: Moved from o2 Prepaid to English o2 Community Mobile

Dear O2 Team,I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my SIM contract effective from the earliest possible date, which is 25th June.I had contacted your customer service team via phone on 16.05.2025 to initiate the cancellation. During the call, I was informed that the contract could not be cancelled over the phone and was provided with a link to complete the cancellation online. However, upon attempting to use the provided link, I encountered an error and was unable to proceed with the cancellation. A screenshot of the error is attached for your reference.Given the circumstances and the failed attempts to cancel through the recommended channel, please consider this email as formal written notice of my intent to cancel the contract. I kindly request written confirmation of the cancellation, including the final termination date.Thank you for your assistance.

Hello,I signed the sim-card contract with O2 for 24 months on the 05.11.2022. I am from Ukraine and I am going back there on 20.02.2023 (I have the tickets), so I already have my de-registration paper. I read on the forum here that I’m supposed to send this de-registration form and a proof that I’ll actually stay abroad (paper from the landlord or employer) to Telefonica address. The problems are: first of, I do not rent an apartment, I own one, so there is no landlord I can ask to write anything. Secondly, I work for myself and do not have an employer I work for. So, what am I supposed to do now? What documents can be sent as a proof, apart from de-registration paper (maybe my Ukrainian passport would work)? And on what address should I send all documents? Will there be any fees? If possible, please provide the example of how this letter should be written, because German is not my first language.Thank you beforehand! Moreover, when I went to the O2 shop (around 13.11.2022) I signed my s

Hi O2 Support,I am xxxxxxxxxxxxphone number -017xxxxxxxxxxx15.I have an O2 mobile contract for my above-mentioned phone number. But for the last few months I have also been paying for another contract. When I contact customer service, they say I have two contracts and O2 sent me a new sim card to my address. When the customer service guy calls me for promotion, I tell him that I don’t need any new contracts or numbers. When O2 charges me this bill on the first month, I already informed the O2 customer service and the person who talked with me on phone told me that he will escalate the issue and the amount will be refunded. But still am paying this amount every month. If you check on your system, you can see that I never used the new number. And the letter which you sent was my old address.I don’t need any new contracts or any number. I just need only one number which is – 017xxxxxxxxx15.Please cancel my all-other contracts. I never ask for any new services.I already informed this issue to O

Hello,I have 2 prepaid connections (not phone contract, just SIM connection). Now I moved to my home country and before moving out I have given letter to cancel my contract but it didn’t cancelled. The payment deduction is still happening. Swapped to eSim on my new iPhone 16 Pro Max, now I get a constant voicemail notification.

hi, I currently have an eSim and bought a new phone and have been trying to link it to my new phone but to no avail so I decided to call O2 and have them cancel my current contract which I thought would be canceled immediately but unfortunately it didn't as it is a two year contract. The person then put me through to someone who was willing to help me keep my current O2 number but then use it on a different phone and when I told the person about canceling my contract they offered me a different plan and we ended up signing a contract. It was only after the call that I realized my current contract doesn't end until 31st January 2026 and I want to cancel the contract I recently signed.I look forward to your answers, thank you

Hi there,I did the “rufnummernmitnahme” and ported my old Vodafone number to a new O2 contract. Got SMS as well as E-mail that confirmed the number was successfully ported on 06.05.2025. However, when calling others, no caller ID will be showed to others instead of my ported number….. Found some questions in the community, solutions (i.e. restart, using another cellphone) were not working. Also checked the settings of my iphone, “show my caller ID” is on. Could you please check whether the “caller ID display” is suppressed or not in your background system? Thanks in advance.

Your website is so annoying, so complicated and unprofessional, i want to change my bank so i am changing my bank details, other services were so easy but o2, was causing me headache, kindly give me a more precise way to change my bank details.
