I didn't get any message after finishing my 10GB data

Hi,

 

I have an Unlimited on demand pack, and I didn't receive any message for extra data. How do I get my extra 2gb?

Hello @abhi99,
the SMS notification should be sent automatically. You can then reply with ‘weiter’ and the additional 2GB will be activated. Have you received the message in the meantime?

i am unable to send weiter message from my iphone. it says this sender is not in your contace list. what should i do this problem persists several times.

I'm very sorry that you're having difficulties sending SMS messages. Since when exactly have you had
this restriction? Does it affect all phone numbers to which you want to send an SMS or only certain ones? Have you
switched off your iPhone completely and restarted it?
