How to reload?

Hi!

 

Before I could reload my prepaid account (Mobile) via the homepage. 

But since a while back it does not work??? 
Anyone else have the same problem?? 
Want to fill up before I go to Europe again. But it say that it does not accept the payment???

What kind of error do you get using the website for topping up?

Bumer is also right, you can send a text message free of charge with the key “Bank” to 56656 and you will get the bank details in return.

Thank you for your answers. 
 

The error message I get is that “sorry, we couldn’t process your request for the moment, please try again later”

 

I would prefer to pay by card and not bank transfer. And considering I could do it before I can’t understand why it doesn’t work now???

online we offer payment by Paypal but not by credit card. If you prefer credit card you will have to call the customer service when you get back to Europe.
