Hi today in 12.30 I paying my sim-card taxes but is not active

Have you paid your bill and are you still blocked? Wait for the next 48 hours.

If you described your issue a bit more, maybe we can help you with it. If Bumer is correct with his assumption that your contract is currently barred from service for missed payments, than this is an automatic process and it will be unlocked within 48 hours of the payment being made.

Hello,

I have paid my bills for o2 but I was a bit late, it’s still not active after 24 hrs

Has the amount been paid? You can find out in the customer portal under Invoice/Annual Overview. It takes 48 hours from the payment date for the account to be unlocked.

Welcome to the community.
Have you entered the correct customer number in the reason for payment? When exactly did you transfer the invoice amount?
It can take up to 48 hours for an amount to be booked and assigned to your customer account. Only then will the customer account be reactivated.
