My bill is not correctly assigned to my phone number


My bill is not correctly assigned to my phone number, so I cannot access the bill or see it in my app because my phone number is not linked to the contract.

What exactly is the problem with your bill? In what way is it not assigned or linked correctly?

I’m sure a mod from O2 will be able to solve your problem quickly.

@o2_Kathi vielleicht kannst du helfen? Ich habe dich jetzt einfach mal markiert, weil ich dich zuletzt antworten sehen habe. 😅 Und vielleicht könntest du diese Frage in den Englisch-Bereich verschieben?

You should register your phone number for My o2, then you will also have access to your bill.


I already have a phone number, which I use for the phone I bought with O2 Handy package but I have no way to register the invoice to my number, and when I check in My O2 tariffs the payment/contract doesn’t appear. Is there anyway to link my O2 number to this contract?

Is it about the phone number you registered with or does it concern
a different one? If it concerns a different number, you need to register on My o2.

So the situation is I have a MyO2 account, then bought a phone with O2 installment payments and this included a SIM. I never registered the SIM that came with the phone and no longer have it, cause I thought I made the change of the contract liked to my previous number (actual number), now I want to make changes in the payment method from my phone plan but have no access to the contract itself even if I receive the monthly bill to my email.

Is there anyway I can link the contract to my current number so I can change this information if I don’t have access to the number that came with the phone contract?

welcome back. There is no possibility to connect your hardware contract with your mobile account. Please use your contract number you got for your mobile device to sign in to Meino2. Afterwards you can chance your bank account online.

You got a delivery note and an invoice for your smartphone. Please use the so called “Vertragsnummer”  It is your username for o2 My Handy.
