prepaid topup through bank transfer not credited

I could check this for you and couldn't find a direct debit payment either.

How exactly did you book it? Via the Mein o2 app, or did you make the transfer via your bank app?

Can you track the booking on your bank account? If so, then I recommend that you have the payment reclaimed by your bank.

Was there any error message when you made the payment via Mein o2?
