I made a contract with you for 2 years with an esim.Ive paid the first month and the activation fee and in the email you have sent me you said that youll send shortly another one with further instructions.Its been 3 days and I havent received anything.I need the phone number asap,thank you

First of all, you signed a Flex contract, not a two-year contract. And you haven't paid anything yet. That's only due when the card is activated.

Saturday morning I ordered the contract and I could not register with my personal data because I do not have a number yet.How much longer is this going to take? Thank you

How's an Esim gonna arrive by post?Don't you activate it online?Isn't that the whole point of requesting an E sim instead of a normal sim card?
