How to remove bank details for my prepaid card

Could you already contact the colleagues from our prepaid chat and have your bank details removed to continue with charging your card via voucher or transfer?

I have closed my bank account with bank which is associated with the o2 app. When I am trying to do manual recharge it takes direct recharge from my old account. I am not sure from where the o2 will get money which they automatically transferred to my closed account. The sepa debit will be definitely reversed, then from where o2 would charge. Can a manual recharge from o2 shop would be better on behalf of auto recharge in app?

I cancelled the direct debiting for you. You can go and charge the way you prefer.

Can you cancel the last recharge of 10 euro which directed to auto debit from bank. On 23 july 2025.

unfortunately there is no way to pay back the last debiting. The only way to use the credit is to book a package oder cancel the card completely and ask for a payout.
