High invoice because of Third-Party-Provider

I have been sent 3 outrageous bills from apple services on O2 on media purchases I didn’t make . Over a 1000€ in 3 months. O2 is threatening to disconnect my line if I don’t pay up because I made my bank call the money back.

An increased bill is never nice. I can understand your displeasure. Have you already been able to contact
Apple to find out exactly what services are involved? You can find the contact details on page 5 of your invoice.
