Ordered MacBook Pro via O2

glad to read that the MacBook arrived in time for your USA trip. Please remember to print out your invoice or order confirmation when you take your new MacBook with you for customs reasons. We don't want it to cause you any trouble on the road.
Where are you going and how long will you be on vacation?

Hi, 

I ordered a Macbook with a contract in January. However, the bank got closed by which the money for the EMI was deducted every month. I tried to change the bank account on the O2 website, but it just got  changed for the SIM. I tried calling the customer care various times and no one answered. What should I do now?

The SIM card and the monthly installments for the MacBook are two different contracts. The bank details for direct debit must therefore be changed separately for both contracts.

To change the bank details for the hardware contract, please log in to Mein o2 using the contract number (found on the invoice). If you are doing it for the first time, registration with the contract number is required.

Alternatively, you can also use this form to change your bank details: Anderung Bankverbindung and upload it in the contact form.
