Roaming Plus 2 plan still charging me monthly AFTER cancellation...

Good Morning,

In Mai of 2025, I booked a Roaming plan for the UK - unfortunately, the plan is still continuing to be charged to my account (It has now been the second month that it’s been automatically renewed on my plan). My normal monthly plan for the account is 23,99 per month but now it’s 27,99. The plan is adding 4,00 euro to my account and I can no longer find a way to deactivate the extra service…

I would like to have this removed from my plan since, I do not need it any further. I only booked it as an extra add on, in which the app stated it would be only for 1 month paid. Which, at the time cost me 10,00. 

I had issues logging in my contractual data, so any issues finding my contract or service plan, please write to me and I’ll provide any information,

Hello. 

But UK is incl EU Roaming till 31.12.2025. why did you booked a pack for it? 

Roaming Plus 1 month 9,99€ 

Roaming Plus 24 month 4,99€ 

What shows page 2 from the invoice for 4€?

As I said in my original post - the first payment was for 1 month - so I paid 10,00 euro. Then the second payment - is now showing renewal for 1 month at 4,00 euro… 

It is continuing to renew - and I only want to have it removed because my monthly invoice is now 4,00 euro more for a service that I was informed would only run for a single month… 

As for why I booked it, was because I did not know that information until after booking it and receiving a message from O2 via SMS when I landed. I then cancelled the Roaming Plus Pack but it has not been removed… 

The second page shows the following for the Roaming Plan - 

 

Roaming Plus (1 Monat) - vom13.06.2025 bis 24.06.2025) - 3,35 + 19% MWST at 4,00 

As you can see, it’s not May anymore… The latest one shows the same, but from the 16th of July to 17th of August at the same value… 

My question primarily is, why am I able to book it but not cancel it through the app? It’s a disaster trying to figure out anything on the app..

You booked it on May 24, so it was billed on June 24. The billing spanned two service periods, so it appears on two invoices. In the first one, it should be a pro rata EUR 6.

Bollermann and Bumer are completely right. The package is useless in UK until December 31th 2025. 

Your billing period starts in the middle of each month so the payment for the package is divided in two halfes. 

As it it cancelled by now you won’t get any further billings.

@o2_Manga - as I had stated in the reply, I am aware that it’s useless in the UK - I was not aware of that fact until the plane touched the ground and I got an SMS from O2 informing me. So it’s kind of redundant. I booked it not knowing the UK is still in the plan until end of 2025. 

I’m trying to find out primarily how to prevent it being renewed yet again, if it does, then I will report back here.

the package is already cancelled, I could not find our if you did it yourself or got assistance by customer support. So it won’t be charged again.

The pack was terminated automatically because it expires automatically. Now you have the Standard Roaming Plus Pack active.
