reaktivieren meine sim karte

wir sind unglücklich über Ihre Deaktivierung unserer Sim Karte Verbindung.
Am Aparat hatte ich nur multi card und O2 Tv Leistungsdiensten zu absagen, nicht unsere Sim Service.
Können Sie bitte möglichst unsere Sim Karte Services zurückgeben?
Ich schlage ihnen vor bitte, Wenn Ihre Kunde nicht fließend Deutsch spricht, Kann Ihre Service Mitarbeiter entweder Englisch oder langsame Deutsch sprechen, besondere im Anschluss zu wichtige Entscheidung.

I am always respectful. But the problem is that your reaction is slow and not showing an interest of your customer with an immediate correcting reaction. Besides your customer service mostly does not concern about languages, showing a better respect and understanding. Please kindly accept my suggestions for you, in order to improve your on phone customer service.

welcome to our o2 community. 
I'm sorry that you are not satisfied with our customer service. 
I can see in your records that the second SIM card has been deactivated for both contracts. 
You have also been refunded the fees for the two deactivated SIM cards for this month. 
You currently only have one card for each phone number.
What exactly should be done?

Reactivation of an already deactivated SIM is not possible unfortunately 🙁 I have seen that a replacement SIM has been ordered for you in the meantime.
