Hello, I hope English is fine here. I purchased a new phone with contract via Mediamarkt and I just got a new email from o2 related to Rufnummern-Mitnahme confirmation. I just noticed the phone number is incorrect. Is there a way to change that online? Thanks in advance.
Hi, I need help canceling my “Flex” contract, seems like nobody knows what is the procedure to cancel a contract. I went to several stores, called the hotline and everybody gave me a different version on how to do it. I ended up following the online instructions. I notified 1 month in advanced that I wanted to end my contract, I sent a letter to O2 offices using this template (o2online.de/dokumente/faxvorlage-kuendigung-mobilfunkvertrag) then waited for the last receipt and send the money via bank transfer and yet I’m still getting bills. Hello, I'm a new O2 costumer and I set my simcard to have automatic 10€ monthly payment via O2 website and using a prepaid small package! This month I received message that I have my service charged but I couldn't use my internet package, so I paied by myself and activate my package, now I've got bill that is 20€ and I only have a prepaid small package active with the amount of 10€! I supposed to have a 10€ in my bill but I don't have! Is there any solution to have my 10€ back? Please find my receipt picture attached, I mean the 26.05 payment data! Dear O2 support teams, I received few days ago a call from an O2 employee, strongly suggesting me to change for another mobile contract. Adding that I have a 15GB contract, but that I am using 30GB in average every month, so that it is costing me extra money.. So I should just say “yes” and I would switch to the new contract, obviously a bit more expensive than my current contract.. I did not say yes, and got an email summarizing this. I therefore checked my last 7 months invoices, and saw that I never reached 30GB, usually using in the range 11-13GB, and once exeptionnaly 20GB. Now that I answered back the email I do not get any reply regarding this! And actually, even when if I would reach 15GB, I would not pay any extra and would just see my debit slowing down.. How come ones can receive such a call with wrong information and got strongly encouraged to, easily, change his contract to another one.. Obviously more expensive. Hello, I am a student doing my exchange here in Germany for six months. I will return to my country before March. I signed a 24 months o2 Free M boost contract as the salesperson claimed it will be easy to cancel out of the contract. Hi there, I was using a sim card which was registered under the name of my husband till 30.11.2019. we got the contract terminated early this year and we received a confirmation mail from you stating that the contract end date is 30.11.2019. But I could see the sim card is still active and I don't expect another bill for the month of December. Could you please help me with this query? Best regards Kausi
Hi, I was wondering if someone can help me with this as I am not really an expert! What does this Annex word mean? Which annex is my VDSL2 subscription knowing that my user name ends with “@s93.bbi-o2.de” so i know it VDSL2 Vectoring (ITU G.993.5) but which Annex is applicable here? And if I am not buying the modem or the router from O2 which specs should i look for (e.g Annex Number, Vectoring, etc...) to ensure compatibility to the VDSL from O2? Hallo Heute habe ich das Handy erhalten, aber auf dem Paket stand 'European sim only' Ich reise viel nach Ägypten und benutze auch eine ägyptische Sim-Karte. Ich habe das Paket nicht geöffnet. Gibt es eine Lösung für dieses Problem? Wenn es keine Lösung gibt, möchte ich den Vertrag kündigen und das Mobiltelefon zurückgeben. Dear Sir or Madam, I want to confirm that I want to close my O2 account. My number is +49176…..91. I sent my abmeldung from city and statement with my signature via post from my previous home address at October. I wanted to close my account from November 2019 but I am still charging with payment. I changed my number and my adress. I did not got any confirmation e-mail to my mail address to confirm that I want to cancel my account because I am no longer living at Germany. I am wondering; Did you get my post and when will you cancel my account? Why I am still charging with payment? What should I do now? Best Regards

I brought O2 prepaid sim card online 1 week ago. I tried to activate through Video-Ident and they did not accept my Indian Passport (also my German residence Permit was not sufficient) and asked me to approach the Deutsche Post. The Deutsche Post person tried to identify my passport but the machine did not accept it. Then I tried the two O2 shops in zähringerplatz and kanzleistrasse konstanz and they said they cannot activate a sim card that is bought online. They also told to buy a SIM card from their shop which they could activate and that cost 25 Euros compared to the 10 Euro card I have ordered online ! So as an Indian in Germany I cannot identify myself and use the O2 sim card ! Edit by o2_Tatjana: moved thread to an other category
