I have the confirmation of cancellation on 1st May, and this mobile contract is said to be terminated on 30.05.2019.

I don’t know why I’ve kept being asked for payment, and on June I even made a payment for 34,67 € of which I think that should be reimbursed to me now.

Today I even got a warning for the payment. Can someone fix this?

 

To be more clear, the phone number of the mentioned contract was XXXXXXXX, and it started on 17.04.2019.
