I applied for a mobile phone with contract at O2 Shop in Alexandarplatz. Order number on the application form (Auftrags-nummer) is EPxxxxxxx07. I was informed by the executive that order was rejected. I have not received any email confirmation regarding the status of the order.

Can i get the status (rejection) as email confirmation?

the hardware order of your iPhone XS was not rejected, it was just failed in our database. So there was no rejection email sent to you. The shop can order it for you again
