150gb free data new sim not working

Team, am abroad in Austria, I have a new 02 sim which has 150gb ( free first month offer ) after I loaded 15euro, along with my 1.5GB. Am not able to use 150GB even though it says 150GB is active for me at 02app and website. My number is 01XXXXXXXX05. Can you please activate my 150GB data as soon as possible

thanks for your message.

 

You wonder why you did not get the 150 GB although you loaded 15 € on your card for the first time.

 

Unfortunately, you do not fulfill all requirements to get the 150 GB. As you ordered your card already on 22nd June 2019 in the tariff “o2 my Prepaid S”, the activation of your card is not within the promotion period beginning on 8th October 2019.

 

Therefore, you have not received the 150 GB.

 

If you order a new prepaid-card now until the 14th January 2020 and load 15,00 € until 14th February 2020, you will also receive 150 GB.

    Hi!

    The 150 GB package only works in Germany, not abroad.

    I recharged for 15 Euros but I didn't get 150 Gb data.

    Between 08.10.2019 - 14.01.2020 did you order or buy and activate your o2 Prepaid Sim?
    One of the following packages is already booked and already activated: o2 my prepaid S / M / L?

    I bought the SIM before 8.10 but this is my first recharge
