First, we´d have to set the permission for the export of your number, we call that “opt-in”.

Then, you´d request the import of your o2-number at your new service provider. The export will cost 24,95 €, so you´ll need to make sure you have at least that amount on your prepaid card before requesting the export.

We´ll then close your account, once your number has been transferred. After that, just fill out this form to get a hold of your remaining funds:

But during the portability my account has 35 euro which is 10 euro extra than charges. How can I get it back from o2? Is there any process for that?

I like to port my O2 number to other provider. The request is already raised with other provider. Can you please help me to approve the request as quick as possible.  I have already have 30 euro balance. please release my number.

the permission for your porting order has been set, you can now ask your new provider to transfer your phone number to them.

Regarding your balance: you can ask for your balance to be transferred to your bank account with this form:

In it, you should provide your SIM card number, your phone number and the bank account the remaining amount should be transferred to. It would be best if you applied for this immediately, as in before your new provider has actually imported your phone number.
