Prepaid card internet not working

Hi There,

I thought only I had the problem with not being able to speak German but apparently no. O2 is not seeking for the diverse customers this is for sure. 

Anyway…

I have a prepaid S card. Since yesterday my internet is not working. I registered on the O2 site and checked (?) my balance (hopefully I did it correctly with google translation) and it shows some credit on it plus 606 MB of internet though it’s not working. 

Can somebody help me with it? 🙏🙏

 

P.S. O2 maybe you just stop selling your sim cards to tourists? Just a friendly advice ;)

Great guy in the shop fixed the problem. He manually put in the internet parameters and restarted the phone. It started working.

If I could have find the info in English I might fixed it myself. That’s why I advised them to serve only German speaking people. There is no single info on English or other languages on the web page, neither many consultants speak other language but the German.

Problem is solved thanks to a great person who tried his best!

    Why should o2 stop selling prepaid cards to tourists? They are among the most open of all. Are you at the same place, where it did worked or are you in an area of spotty coverage? What its your phone, does it support LTE band 20?
