I have a post paid plan with O2, and every month I have to go to the shop complain about something that is wrong. When I signed the contract I was told the price for my first 6 bills would be 17,5. However I got a bill to pay that is 35. And that is not correct, I wanna pay what I was told and what is in contract. I don't want to get a refund or credit next month either.
Regards,
Ricardo.

Hey @Ricardoandrade,
i’m sorry that you have problems with your bill. Could you please upload the document here (please anonymize your personal data!)? So we can look up whats wrong.
Greetings,
Flo
I was told I would pay 17,5 Euros, what's half of what I am gonna pay. I am not working at the moment. This is in contract.
Those guys in the shop where I signed the plan just don't wanna help. I went there twice to fix and and no success. You have to fix my bill of this much on the 22.10.2019
In some cases, the first few bills of new contracts can be rather confusing with all the different fees added or substracted, let’s see if we can sort this all out:
You have two contracts on your bill, an o2 Free M Boost and an o2 Free S.
The Free M Boost is the one with no initial connection fee (39.99 EUR which were substracted in your first bill).
The Free S is the one of which you do not need to pay the basic fee for the first six months.
Those are the contract conditions as sent to you by mail on 09/09/19, this means that within the first 6 months, you regularly pay 34.99 EUR for the o2 Free M Boost and 0 EUR for your o2 Free S, which is what you were charged in the second bill.
So judging from the details available in your contracts, your first two bills are correct.
Best regards, Jan.
It is not correct, I don't have two contracts, why would I? I have only one phone number which is the one ending with 4180. When I signed up, I was told I would pay only 17,5 for the first 6 months.
That is absolutely not correct.
Regards,
Ricardo.

Hi @o2_Jan,
It is not correct, I paied 34,99 for my last bill due on 22.10.2019, and my next bill will be even more expensive 36,48, I am not paying that and will are just causing too much problems to myself. I want to end this contract because you are not charging me what I was told.

Ricardo

I should pay 17,50 every month, and I am paying double, last month for example I paied 34,99 which is double, this month my bill should be ZERO, because it should be 17,50 minus the discount from last month that I paied double. I won`t be paying different from what I was told.

Ricardo.
Hey @Ricardoandrade,
I took a look to your costumer data. A colleague of mine correced it and book the 50% discount. Now everything would be right, is it?
Have a nice day,
Tatjana
