Hi!
An o2 employee here in the forum will release your mobile number in the coming days for porting. You will receive an SMS on your o2 prepaid card that confirms the release and is valid for 60 days. You should disable all booked packages on your o2 prepaid card and then debit the credit of 24.95 euros on your o2 prepaid card. Then you can order the port at WinSim.
