Hi, 

I applied for a partner card on 13.11.2019, but I have not received the sim card yet.

What is the status of the delivery?

Hi @alwenar and welcome to our o2 English Community,

 

I just checked the status for your new contract. The tariff “o2 Free M Boost” is waiting for activation. You just need a new sim-card for that.

 

I regret that the sim-card did not arrive at your contact address.

 

Therefore, I just have sent a new sim-card to you. The sim-card will arrive by post within the next 5 days. Please make sure that your name is indicated on your letter box.

 

I hope that this time the sim-card will arrive at your place.

 

Please send us a confirmation here when you received the sim-card.

Thank you for the reply. But it just doesn’t make sense. I just got a new email about the tariff 

 

Previously I ordered the partner card with these prices: 

 

Versandkosten   GRATIS
Anschlusskosten   GRATIS
Gesamtkosten monatlich einmalig
Alle Preise inkl. der gesetzlichen MwSt. 17,49  €  
 

Now in the new email it just tells me that it is 



 
Monatlicher Gesamtpreis 34,99 €
Im Folgenden erhalten Sie noch einmal alle Informationen zu den verschiedenen Bestandteilen Ihres Tarifs im Detail.
sorry but this doesn’t make sense. can you check why it is so?

If the price is not gonna be 17.49€ I want to cancel it.

Okay sorry it was my fault. there are 2 emails. the first one shows 35 euro the second one shows the discounted tariff which is 17.49€.

 

Can you please add “Seitenflügel Links” to my address as an extra information. Because unfortunately your system doesn’t allow me to add this to my address

You are right, your tariff has a basic fee of 17,49 €.

 

Unfortunately, I cannot add the details to the delivery address anymore, as the order of the sim-card has been initiated already.

 

Hopefully, the sim-card also arrives at your place without these details.

 

If you do not get the sim-card by the end of next week, please contact us here again.

By the way, do you already know our App “o2 TV”? You have the possibility to watch over 100 TV-programs. If you like, I can order “o2 TV” one month for free for you. Just let me know your decision.

actually NO

 

it’s just funny how the delivery works. 

For the first order, I indeed received an email that says “it could not be delivered so we cancel it”..

But then I received a SIM Kart, I tried to activate it and it said there is no such delivery in my account so I couldn’t activate it. So I just cut it with a scissors and threw it away.

If the first one couldn’t be delivered, why is the second one also cancelled? 

 

I ordered a new SIM Kart again but I’m just hopeless in this situation and will do as you said. I will go to an O2 store. 

My question is: Will I get the same rate? Or will the price be different?

Yes, it is a good idea to go to one of our o2 shops.

 

Unfortunately, I have no overview which campaigns we have at the moment in our shops. Please ask in the shop for the rates of your tariff.
