Hi, I've bought my first sim card in Deutschland, last Saturday, from Media Markt, a pay as you go sim. It was 29th of November. Two or three days later, I've received the 1st invoice for period 29-30 November, in amount of a full month, actually with some extra charge, as the standard rate. It's that normal here, to be charged a full month wenn you just bought and use the sim for only 2 day of that month? Thanks for answers.

My customer number is XXXXXX. My O2 phone number is/was: XXXXXX. In early September of this year, I filled out the Vertragskündigung form for my O2 mobile contract, as I was then going to leave Germany. I attached my Abmeldungsbestätigung, as well as other forms of proof that showed I was leaving Germany. After this was done, I abided by O2’s request to for sending through to this address: Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHGKundenbetreuung90345 NürnbergIn this letter, I attached my Abmeldungsbestätigung, as well as proof of my address being in Cambridge, England. Obviously, it has not been processed by O2, for whatever reason. It is also worth noting that I moved from England in October, and now reside in New Zealand.Despite this, I have still been receiving monthly bills of increasingly large sums from O2. The last bill I paid was €82.3, but I have just been charged with a bill of €109 for this December month. Notwithstanding the fact that I have not been using my O2 phone number, I

Hello O2 team, I would like to port my number from O2 prepaid to another provider. Can you please tell me the procedure? Or can you please release my number as soon as possible?

Hii, I just topped up for my prepaid s package, I topped up 15 euros, but the balance was not showing that. So I checked my payments option, which showed 14.99 being deducted for all flat net, instead of 10 euros for a package. I have faced this issue a lot of times, and also visited the o2 stores here, not much of help. They say that they can't help much in prepaid cases. And when I try to call the prepaid helpline number, it is ALWAYS in German, no English service, despite waiting for a long time. I thought last time my problem was resolved, but today when I used the top up option again, I am facing the same problem. Could someone please help me or guide me. I don't want to visit any o2 store physically, because I know what exactly happens. I really hope I find something helpful here.Thank you. Emerald Edit o2_Antje: Moved from Prepaid to English Community / 10.12.2025

So could anyone help what is with that extra calls and service charge of. Normally my contract is of 27€ but now it is 37€ because of extra cost. I want proper showcase of where i have made mistake so that if I have really made a mistake i would not repeat it in future or if it is a mistake from your end then please get it fixed. Edit o2_Kathi 09.12.25 Moved from the section o2 Mobilfunk to English o2 Community

Does the billing cycle starts from the day I ordered the Router and sim card? Or does it start when I activate the SIM card (or latest 21 days from the order)? Thanks.

Hello,I need help with my O2 prepaid SIM cards.I originally ordered one SIM card, but it got lost in delivery, so I ordered a replacement. Now both SIMs were delivered. I activated the first one and inserted the SIM card, but it was not working. I spoke to someone from O2 customer service and they told me that either of the SIMs should work.Since the first one was not working, I inserted the second SIM and activated that one as well. The second SIM is working. Now both SIM cards are activated, and I am worried that money will be deducted from my account for both cards. I only want to use the working SIM and I would like to cancel/deactivate the other one.I am an international student and I speak English, so I would really appreciate clear instructions on what I should do next. Also I have not yet been asked for my identification , so help on that would be great too. Thank you for your help. Edit o2_Antje: Moved from Prepaid to English Community / 18.11.2025

Ever since i bought this O2 Unlimited Max because of the 5g and 300 mbps speed i only had problem. On first day i had a maximim speed of 25 mbps thereafter  i been down to 2 mbps even 1 mbps.It keeps stuttering, buffering or go down every now and then.I have new Huawei cpe h153-381 5G router and tried it with other cards without any problems. Then putting in the O2 simcard and netspeed goes down.I pay for 250 - 300 mbps with UNLIMITED data as they say it is but its not its actually 980 gb of data and not unlimited. Whats going on with this company ? Its all fake advertising to scam people or what ?

Good day everyone, I signed a contract with o2 physically from their store in Frankfurt 7 days ago and got a phone on a 24 month installment plan. A week later i realize that I would have been better of just getting the phone without a sim contract as O2 has better prepaid offers. is there any possibility I can cancel my sim contract and switch to prepaid plans while keeping my handy contract as it is? I know contracts signed physically can not be cancelled within 14 days but I also read that if i get a phone with it, it is possible. Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you. o2_Giulia, 06.12.2025, 09:43: verschoben von O₂ my Handy & Finanzierung zu English O₂ Community: Mobile
