Where is my contract?

Hello eveyone. 
I´ve ordered a new mobile contract 3 days ago, and since them I´ve only received a simple message about the order by email. No post, no email, no contract or any numbers confirming it. Also, I´ve not received yet an eSIM.
When I´ll receive it to be able to use my new plan?

That sounds strange. How did you order the new contract? What exactly was that message:

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes, I did. I received only the following message:

  • the promo code of ChatGpt, that isn´t working;
  • Message with the following subject “Wichtige Informationen zu Ihrem ausgewählten o2 Produkt”;

And “Ihre Bestellung bei O₂” which says that I “will shortly receive a second email with information on the next steps. “ which I never received.

Who should I contact to check what´s going on?

Yes, because I can´t have the normal login as my contract isn´t confirmed yet. I´ve called this morning and they said there was a system problem in the contract and that I would receive confirmation and the number via email in few hours… and nothing until now.

Not a good start with O2.

may I ask if you ordered just a mobile plan without a device?  If so, you will get your SIM card by normal post which takes up to five working days to be delivered.

Hi. Yes, just the plan, without a device but I´ve ordered an eSim. 

I called them yesterday evening about it, they asked 24hours to check what was wrong in my case.

Hello Lea,
No the problem is still here, and I didn´t receive anything per mail. Maybe the customer service by phone can help me to delete it? I just don´t want to waste 5€ every month because of this :)
