Contract Extension - Keep Connect Option with Multi-SIM

Hello O₂ Team,

My contract (O₂ Mobile M Boost) is ending on February 19, 2026.

I would like to extend my contract, but I need help with the following:

Current Situation:
- Tariff: O₂ Mobile M Boost with 55 GB
- I currently have the free Connect-Option which includes:
  * Multi-SIM for my Watch
  * Data-SIMs for other devices

What I'm Looking For:
- I only need about 20 GB of data (not 55 GB)
- The O₂ Mobile S Plus offered online contract extension with 20 GB for €10.49 looks good
- IMPORTANT: I want to keep the Connect-Option FREE as in my current tariff
- All my Multi-SIMs and Data-SIMs must continue to work

Can you please make me an offer where I can:
1. Get the S Plus tariff (20 GB)
2. Keep the Connect-Option FREE (as in my current M Boost)
3. Continue using all my Multi-SIMs and Data-SIMs at no extra cost?

Please send me a non-binding offer via email.

Thanks for quick reply. Last three digits of my phone number is 837.

I just wanted to look for an offer for you. However, I cannot find a phone number ending in -837 in your customer data.
I also cannot find an o2 Mobile M Boost tariff in your customer data.
Do you perhaps have another customer number with the phone number you mentioned?

Can I share the customer number here? I had changed my email address in my Mein O2 profile a while back which is different from what I used initially?
