Double charges

Hey.

i just realized that you’ve been charging me twice every month, double. One time 10euro and then 9.99. I just have prepaid S plan and should be charged only 9.99 euro. Why and i paying double for the past months?

    Have you checked in ‘My o2’ to see if you have any additional tariff options activated? What payment method do you use for your prepaid tariff?
