Contract extension without 24-month commitment (Mobile M)

Hello O₂ team,

my current O₂ Mobile M contract ends on March 9, and I’m currently paying €19.99 per month.

I received an offer to extend the contract for €12.99 per month, but this includes a 24-month commitment, which unfortunately I can’t accept as I won’t be staying in Germany for another two years.

I would be happy to stay with O₂ if it’s possible to:

• Keep O₂ Mobile M

• Pay €12.99 per month

• No minimum contract term (monthly cancellable)

If this isn’t possible, no problem — in that case I’ll start looking for another provider.
