Multi Sim Cancel

Hello O2 Team,

I was trying to order a MultiSIM for my Apple Watch, but I mistakenly ordered it via the O2 app instead of through the Apple Watch app.
Later, I successfully ordered the correct one via the Watch app.

I now have three eSIMs: one for my iPhone, one for my Apple Watch, and one that was mistakenly ordered via the O2 app and has not been activated.

Is there any way to cancel this last eSIM? I could not find an option to do so in either the app or on the website.

Activate the eSIM, then you can deactivate it again immediately.

No, there is no activation fee for an eSIM.

Hi,
I checked here again and tried to activate, but it´s saying that for security reasons, I need to install it before the activation. Isn´t possible for someone from O2 delete it maybe?

Then install it. You can usually install multiple profiles on one device. And then delete it again afterwards.

Have you been able to delete the unwanted eSIM yet? If you’re still having trouble to get rid of it, then please contact our regular customer support or English speaking Hotline and have them remove it 🙂
