How to check your balance - Prepaid

You can check your remaining prepaid balance quickly and easily in one of the following ways:

1. Online

• Log in to Mein o2

• Go to Prepaid Guthaben

• Your current balance will be displayed immediately.

2. Using a short code

• o2 LOOP / o2 my Prepaid S, M or L:
  Dial *105#

• All other o2 prepaid plans:
  Dial *101#

• Your balance will appear on your phone screen.

3. By phone

• Call 5667

• Choose option 2 for o2 Prepaid

• Your remaining balance will be announced automatically.

• Please note that your credit is valid for 6 months. If you do not top up your credit within this period, your credit will be frozen and you will not be able to use the internet or make phone calls.
