Esim activation problem

Hi! I ordered the o2 Mobile S Flex Online (esim version) on 05.09.2025. A couple days ago, I got an email from o2, asking me to activate the esim, however I haven’t received any QR codes per brief. Also, I found out that somehow I didn’t have an o2 account during the purchase, and the account that I created now doesn’t show anything regarding my purchase. P.S. I have an Iphone 13 Pro.

 

I will be going on a trip by the end of this week, so I really need to get the esim activated as soon as possible. Would appreciate some help, and thanks in advance!

thank you for contacting us. Welcome to the o2 Community. You should receive your eSIM by post. However, this should not take too long. Have you checked that your address with us is still up to date?

Dear Bianca,

thanks for the answer! I finally got my esim qr code and activated it, however I get no service. I keep getting a voicemail notification for some reason, but I dont know what to do (P.S. My physical sim is still inserted and I am using its internet connection right now)

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad that the activation has now worked 🌸

Have you already entered the SIM PIN for your eSIM? The physical SIM should not be the problem, as your iPhone 13 Pro supports Dual-SIM-usage.
