Worst payment

Very bad experience with O2. I am using only 2 sim card no WiFi anything but deducted large amount of euro with my account why............. Why? Many time complain no response. 

I hope you will contact and refund my amount.

Look at your invoice. What were you charged for that you believe is incorrect?

So a higher amount than usual was debited? Where have you already complained?

Have you looked at your bill to find out what the money was debited for? Take a look here: o2 Rechnung online einsehen und Zahlungen verwalten  You'll find lots of information about bills and how to view them. 

Please let us know exactly where you're having trouble viewing your invoice.

Hi O2,

 

I am using only 2 Sim card

1. +XX86

2. +XX78

 

I Don't have no more sim card and WiFi. Ist of I want use 20 euros each sim card total 40euro every month but why debited more then 160  euro each month.???? 

What is the solution

Don’t post your phone numbers in a public forum!

Again: Please look at the invoice to see what you were charged for. Or do you not know where to find your invoice?

There are many reasons for higher bills, for example calls abroad, calls to non-geographic numbers, subscriptions, paying with your mobile contract, roaming outside the EU, WiFi calling when abroad.
