Hello,

I found myself subscribed to O2 Music Packet since September 2025 without ordering it. Now I cancelled it, but since then I was charged 3 times without using it at all. Therefore, I ask you to refund me, please, as in this case O2 Music Packet | O₂ Community

I’ve taken a look at your data and can confirm that the subscription has been cancelled. I’ve also refunded the last two monthly charges for you. Please note that the refund may take up to 8 weeks to be fully processed, so I kindly ask you for a little patience. Unfortunately, I can’t process anything beyond that even if the subscription was activated by mistake. Any further steps would need to be reviewed and decided by our specialist department. If you’d like, you can contact them directly via the contact form.

Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it. I confirm that I received two charges, and I found that I was actually charged four times, not only three as I mentioned earlier. So, I’ll contact the specialist department for the remaining amount.

@7ooda I'm glad I was able to help you. There were actually four charges, and I was able to refund two of them for you, since anything older than eight weeks can no longer be processed on our side. I hope you’ll have success resolving the rest with the specialist department.
