application does not work

Hi,

 

I am trying for about 3 days logging with the O2 application, but not successful. It is not possible even taking photo of error to have it as a refrence here. I can loggin in web browser with the same user and password . What is the solution ? 

I ordered internet for my home, and one sim card for cellphone.in the email i received from o2, no contracr number is it. It is written to know about your data click here, but when I click i always address to FAQ !!! What is the problem ? I can not find any section to see my order, usage data , status, mein O2 ?? Does not work. I ALSO actived rhe sim card , there are signal for it in my cellphone , but dose not work! After 2 days!!

If i understood correctly, you can’t access the Mein o2 app on your phone, but it works fine in a browser on pc?

Could you paraphrase the error message you recieve in the app?

Also, your SIM is activated but it doesn’t connect to our network?

The Error message is  here : 

Da hat etwas nicht geklappt

Beim Anmelden ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal. Hinweis: Mit dem O2 Community Login kannst du dich nicht in die App einloggen

 

The second issue: yes I activated, it has signal, but not connected to the network,  no internet, no call , no sms can be used.

well as far as I can see the registration was successful. Does the error code still appear while trying to login? 

Did you also use the website to crosscheck the login?
