Why is O2 still billing me when I don’t even have a contract with them? This feels like theft.edit o2_Solveig 20.03.2025, 19:51 Uhr verschoben von o2 Mobilfunk → English Community

Dear O2 community users,I am trying to terminate my contract with O2. I have applied twice online and one time via the english speaking hotline. Nothing happens. O2 uses ridiculous excuses such that they continue charging my bank account. The contract is a O2 DSL Classic S Flex. Can anyone please let me know what it would take to have my contract terminated once and for all? and please if you know what is the appropriate authority to which i should address my self to report this unethical behaviour of O2? thanks in advance

Hi, apart from my regular Mobile M plan, a separate “Monatlicher Datensnack” charge for €21,99 is showing up on my bill for the past 2 months. I don’t need this add-on service. Can anyone advice how it should be canceled?

Hello, I joined the o2 sim card community in mid january. The mobile data is fine, the internet works, i can gain access to wifi fine, I can also send SMS. However, i cannot phone or recevie phone calls from other people ! When i try to phone people, it rings once and then hangs up. I can phone on Whatsapp though which is odd.Its definetly not my phone the problem as this has never happened before (Samsung A25 5G), and my old sim card could still phone and receive calls. (i was with Bouygue Telecom before). Can you tell me how this can be fixed ?Thank you for your help. Edit o2_Bianca 04.02.25 11:02Uhr: Moved from Mobilfunkdienste to English o2 Community mobile

Hello,Since the last few days, my internet speeds are extremely slow. download speeds of 0.6 to 1mbps and upload speeds of 0.5 to 1Mbps. My subscription with O2 is flex Max so normally, so normally one would expect to get some decent speeds. I can understand that there is contention on the bandwidth on the cell towers, possible congestion on the fiber etc. However, one would expect that for your customers subscribing to your highest subscription, there would be some prioritization of traffic. Otherwise, what is the purpose of having such an expensive subscription.I understand that I will not get the advertised bandwidth, but what I see currently is simply absurd!I did check O2 live check site and it shows that the network is functioning fine, with no works in progress. I also tested with 4G + 5G and 4G LTE only on my modem, but the results are the same, so one would assume that it is due to congestion on the cell tower or the fiber. The issue is not on my end (No signal issue, No chang

My unlimited data package is limited in speed, as shown belowEdit: Thread moved to our english community, o2 Michi 15.03.2025

I hope this message finds you well.I am reaching out with a query regarding my account. Currently, I have a remaining balance of approximately 9€, and I would like to top up an additional 6€ in order to avoid having any leftover balance. However, I’ve been informed that the minimum top-up amount is 15€, which seems to prevent me from topping up only the amount I need.Would it be possible to allow a top-up of less than 15€, specifically a 6€ charge, to help me balance my account and avoid any remaining credits for the next month?I would really appreciate any assistance you can offer to resolve this matter.Thank you very much for your time and support.Best regards,Edit o2_Bianca 15.03.25 11:29Uhr: Moved from o2 Prepaid to English o2 Community Mobile

I have tried cancelling my contract for a mobile phone number with o2 at the following link: https://info.o2online.de/kuendigung/?_gl=1*16s0a1p*_gcl_au*MjYxODEwOTM4LjE3NDE3MTAyNzg.When I select the “Ausserordentlich” cancellation option, there is some technical problem and I am not able to submit the request. I have tried this on multiple occasions (A few times in February, and again mid March). I am still unable to submit the request. I am, however, able to do regular cancellation, but this means I have to pay for my contract until it expires in more than a year. When I spoke to customer service they told me to send my request for early cancellation (including my abmeldung in the email) to the following address: impressum@cc.o2online.deI have not received a response in nearly a month, and my o2 account says my contracts still won't expire for around 400 days. I am now turning to the community so they can provide assistance. Thank you for any help.

I have received invoice with extra 15 EUR. Invoice says 3rd party cost ( Bezahlen per Handyrechnung).I don't understand what is this cost for? and Why I have been charged.edit o2_Gerrit 14.03.2025 moved to English O₂ Community: Mobile

I recently signed a contract to purchase the Samsung S25 Ultra 512GB with a €1 down payment. However, the parcel did not reach me and was returned to o2. The tracking status confirms that the package has been delivered back to o2, but I have not yet received confirmation of the cancellationedit o2_Gerrit 14.03.2025 moved to English O₂ Community: Mobile

Good afternoon, I wanted to enquire about the status of my order - I ordered an eSIM card with 2 years contract, I received an email with no order number or anything. I got the information "You will receive a second email shortly with information on how to proceed." but no information at the moment after 2 days, is this normal? What is a typical time of waiting? Thanks!Edit o2_Antje: Moved from Tarife to English Community

Hello,I recently switched from a prepaid O2 plan to a postpaid plan under my husband's O2 contract, keeping the same number but using a different SIM card. This change was made at an O2 shop. However, I still had prepaid credit and intended to submit the Prepaid – Guthabenauszahlung form to get the credit refunded. Since my prepaid account was canceled, I can no longer log in with my prepaid credentials to check my remaining credit or see what happened to it. Could you advise me on how to proceed in this situation?

Ich hatte eine ausstehende Zahlung, aber ich habe meine Rechnung per Überweisung bezahlt und mein Internet wurde nicht reaktiviert.
