o2 store, new contract. What I do to cancel my contract or is it possible?


Hi Friends,

Yesterday I took the extension for my new contract from the o2 store and They give me a new plan it cost 27.60 euro per month only for my sim card.I ask the guy is there any plan that cost less than this and he told me that you can either keep the same plan or took new plan of 27.60 per month with unlimited internet.After I discus this with my friends they told me that there is other plan with low cost and also I checked my o2 app I realized that I get cheated with this o2 shop guy. So what I do to cancel my contract or is it possible?

welcome to our o2 community 🙂

Extensions and new contracts made in one of our shops we cannot revoke, as only contracts and extensions via our hotline, our chat and our online webpage are under the right to revoke within 14 days.

Have you made an extension of your old contract or a new addtitional one and do not want it anymore?

I recomment first to go to our shop again where you have been and explain and ask if they can revoke it.

Hi 

Thank You for the replay.My old contract ends in 2 months because of that I go to the store and ask them about new plan and the guy from the store told me that you can either continue the same plan or I can take the new plan.He didn't give us anyother option even if we kept asking for a lower plan .Also this plan only for the simcard is too much for me .

@Azhar kareem So you didn't get a new SIM card and phone number? Then you have extended your contract. Unfortunately, there is really no way to cancel this contract from here 🤔 That would only be possible in the store where you concluded it. Please speak to the colleagues on site again.

Hi

I get my new sim card with the same number.but my problem is the monthly payment is too high.

Hello ​@Azhar kareem, did i understand right? You get the new plan for 27.60 € per month and the costst are to high for you?

I am very sorry but like Gerrit said, plans that are made at the shop, cannot be revoked.
