Change contract owner

Hi I need some help

So my phone number is under my Grandma name. The contract is also under her name and I want to make my number separated so my phone number will be under my name and her number under her name. However I ask one of the o2 employee and I can't do it my self and my grandma has to be the one to do it. But she lives in Munchen and I live in Berlin. Is there any way else to do it?

A change of contract holder can be easily requested online. You can find all the information in our FAQ:

The current contract holder must initiate the first step. Everything else will then go directly through you.

Hi

I only want to change the contract holder for 1 phone number not both.

The link you send me will change both I think

A change of contract holder is only possible for one contract. If another contract is to be transferred, this must be requested separately.

Hello ​@juztkevin,

could you already order the taking over of the mobile contract used by your grandmother via the link?

As Bumer wrote, the take over can only be done number by number, so there is no danger two number are changing owner with one order 🙂
