prepaid topup


Hi, I had same question last time but I haven’t found a way to solve this yet. 

I know some ppl provide me bank transfer would be a way to fix this situation but since I do not have German bank account, sub-charge of international bank transfer would be over the amount of what I will top up on my account. 
 

I just need to charge less than a euro. 
Can I charge less than a euro through ATM?

I asked my friend who has German account and it cost him an euro to send 0.51 euro. It doesn’t make sense at all. 

I guess this is a fix, but this would be my last month with O2.

@orenhim Avoid spreading your concerns across the forum, the only one being rude is you.

Bumer answered correctly and helped. So once again, NO, it's not possible to top up 1 euro at an ATM.

then can you at least check if my bank transfer top up went through? 
 

My friend did it for me few days ago with the info that I got from the number 56656 but my balance is still the same ever since.

I currently see a credit balance of €14.48 here. The last booking was made here by my colleague on 20.03.25, in the amount of €2.50.
I can't see any other bookings here at the moment. t

I must say, it’s truly impressive how you’ve shared my current balance and other information so openly. However, just to clarify, my initial inquiry wasn’t about what I can already see in the O2 app. I was specifically asking whether the last top-up, as mentioned in the previous comment, has been processed.

That said, I would appreciate it if you could kindly delete my O2 community account, along with all associated information from your servers. I’ve had enough of this and would prefer to no longer engage with this process.

Hello ​@orenhim, I'm sorry you're dissatisfied with my colleague's response. It wasn't her intention to publish data you didn't want. It's part of our job to provide you with this information. Since it's not private data, i assure you, that no conclusions can be drawn about your private data. If you don't want that, that's perfectly fine, of course and we will edit it. If you still want your account deleted, we'll do it for you, but I would be sad about it.
