O2 Mobile Pro Unlimited on Demand (2024) Not Working

Hello,I

am on O2 Mobile Pro Unlimited on Demand (2024) tariff, that provides me with 10GB of daily data + unlimited times 2GB on sending an SMS

Whenever I consume 80% of this data, i get a message asking me to send an SMS for additional data, but at a cost of €19,99. please see the message below

"Hello Veda, you have used up 80% of your high-speed data volume. Book now for the current billing month an additional 10 GB of additional high-speed data volume for only 19.99 EUR. To book, simply reply to this SMS with DATA or inform here: o2.de/esnacks. Offer valid until 10.05.2025. Your o2 team"

why is this? could you please help? also, please see attached image for your reference.

If your daily data volume is used up, you should normally receive a text message telling you that you can add more data for free. There seems to be something wrong with that message, please excuse this error.

To top up your 2GB, please send a text message to 80112 with the text WEITER

You can repeat this process an unlimited number of times.

I'll have the wrong message corrected; it's really very confusing that this is happening.
