Recently, I visited an O2 shop to set up a broadband connection. Along with that, I also subscribed to the O2 Mobile L Online plan, which offers unlimited internet for €19.99 per month. During the process, I requested to transfer my existing Telekom number to my new O2 SIM. The staff initiated the number porting and provided me with two SIM cards for temporary use.
After logging into the O2 app, I noticed an additional contract listed as "O2 IoT M Online," which charges me €4.99 per month. I contacted the shop for clarification, and they informed me that it was included as part of the package. However, I find no use for this "O2 IoT M Online" contract, as I already have an O2 SIM with unlimited internet.
Therefore, I would like to cancel the 'O2 IoT M Online' contract to avoid unnecessary monthly charges.
Kindly guide me through the cancellation process or proceed with the termination on my behalf.
