Homespot Internet Problems

Hi,


Is anyone else having problems with internet? I don‘t have a proper internet connection since about 3 months. The power LED starts to blink all the time and I lose my connection and honestly I am very frustrated with this. They switched my router, I had to buy a new sim card for €15 and I still don‘t get a good internet connection.

Oh, that is not so good that you have a weak internet connection already for 3 months.

Do you get internet with your homespot with LTE or 5G?

Have you checked your address in our live check if our technicians are reporting disturbances or restrictions there?
