I would like to turn on Itemized Bill in my account, I have tried to look through in my data section but it is not over there, please let me know the further way to do so

Hello ​@Dhruv1756 , it's great that you're here 🙂. I was happy to check for you and found that the itemized bill is active for your bills. However, this is only generated if you use chargeable services outside of your flat rate plan. It is not generated for any calls within your flat rate plan. Do you have any further questions? I had been charged extra last month as in connections and services and It states international services but I am not sure when did I made any international call or text, so i was looking further to know how itemized bill works and is it turned on or not in my case.

Hello ​@Dhruv1756, since itemized billing is activated for you, it should be visible on your bill.
