why bill so high,

I renewed my contract same as last,  for renewal some one call me and ask me same last contract will renewed, and it will cheaper then last, but my bill came 39.99,  my last contract was 21.49 around,

I see that you have made a reclamation with our colleagues and that indeed a discount was not correct as it could only activate with a second contract active. 

The colleagues could solve it with a change and requested a refund for your last bills, which has been successfull.

Page 2 of the invoice shows how the amount is calculated.
