Pre paid SIM card


Hello,

I ordered a prepaid SIM card online.
I ordered it on Saturday, April 5th, and I haven't received it. They told me it could take a week, and that time has already passed.
I don't know what I should do.
Do I need to order another one?

I would order a new one, make sure you provide a correct address.

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to track the delivery of SIM letters. If you still haven't received the card, we must assume that the card has either been returned or lost.

I would also recommend reordering the prepaid card.
