Extend Number Retention Period for Porting


I recently ended my contract and was informed that my number has been released for transfer. However, due to unforeseen delays, my new service provider was unable to complete the porting process in time.

Can you extend the retention period for my number to allow the transfer to be completed? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in holding the number for a little longer so that I do not lose it.

Please let me know if any additional information or action is required from my side.

You can unblock the phone number yourself once the 30-day period has expired. This topic explains how it works.

I already tried it, but keep getting this error: “Leider konnten wir Ihre Portierungsdaten nicht abrufen. Versuchen Sie es bitte zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut.”

You can take a look at the customer portal [browser], tariff & SIM card > manage contract > port number to another provider.

Hello ​@Conquistador,

I could take a look and see, that your contract with the number you want to take to your new provider ist already cancelled and deactivated since March 20.

Until June 18 you can have it transferred with your new provider, as i9t is reserved for you for 90 days 🙂

It is no longer necessary to unblock via us.
