Hello, so I recently got a new O2 kable connection without a router from O2 , then I decided to rent a router from O2 , I contacted via the hotline and placed an order , but they placed an order for the Fritz Box 6660 , with is apparently not compatible with My plan home XXL1000 . Now I have a contract with two routers because of o2 . I have received a first DHL Box which after opening I found it was 6660 , the router box is unopened. How do I return it and not get charged for it ?

Hello,My partner and I preordered Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 on 20.07, thinking that the phones will get delivered this week. But, taking into account all the uncertainty related to the delivery dates, it seems it will take time until they get shipped and delivered. The problem is that next Friday (08.08) we are moving into a new apartment and we will need to change the delivery address for the phones, if they are not delivered by then. So, I would like to know what to do in case we need the phones delivered to the new home address, as changing the delivery address for the orders is not possible in the app or the web portal? Thanks

Hello, I want to know how can I change my mobile phone number to a different, specific one. Is there a way? I want to keep the number my friend got for me when I first got here. It was under her name and now I got a new SIM card on my name, but i would like to have my old number. Thanks in advance!

Hello.  I ordered a phone through store of O2, but have not received any email or any information about delivery. The contract only has VO number but no contract number or any information. I am worried as I have to fly out of country. Is there any way to get updates on it? o2_Giulia, 28.07.2025, 09:01: verschoben von O₂ my Handy & Finanzierung zu English O₂ Community: Mobile

Hi, I ordered a MacBook Pro via O2, after having received the confirmation mail I've not received any updates anymore. The device according to the website was instantly available. I can understand that an o2 shop doesn't have these in stock so sending it via post is something acceptable in my eyes. What is the expected delivery time of these devices? Along with that, what kind of keyboard is present on the MacBook since it doesn't state that. Is this a German one or an US one?I'm travelling to the US upcoming weekend so would like to of course receive this as soon as possible. thank you for the feedback.Kind regards,KennithEdit o2_Antje: Moved from Broadband to Mobile

Good Morning,In Mai of 2025, I booked a Roaming plan for the UK - unfortunately, the plan is still continuing to be charged to my account (It has now been the second month that it’s been automatically renewed on my plan). My normal monthly plan for the account is 23,99 per month but now it’s 27,99. The plan is adding 4,00 euro to my account and I can no longer find a way to deactivate the extra service…I would like to have this removed from my plan since, I do not need it any further. I only booked it as an extra add on, in which the app stated it would be only for 1 month paid. Which, at the time cost me 10,00. I had issues logging in my contractual data, so any issues finding my contract or service plan, please write to me and I’ll provide any information,ThanksPhil

Hello,Well the reason I switched from Vodafone to O2 Wifi is EXACTLY that internet keeps being down every night and I can't continue to study. Then I find the same problem with O2 wifi !!! If every time the Internet is down I switch to mobile data, it will cost me a fortune to finish studying every night, I can't pay wifi and mobile data to cover wifi problems, this is simply unacceptable. Please fix this problem in our region for good, otherwise I will be obliged cancel my contract

Hello Team,  Can you please help me how to cancel my Existing  broadband contract from my home country. I moved out of Germany on 31st May 2025 as my visa is expired and I have been trying to cancel my contract since April 2025. Initially I got a call that after I upload my Deregistration certificate the contract can be cancelled. However, I applied multiple times in the  My O2 Portal for cancellation of my contract but there is no response but I am still being charged and the bill is sent. I am in my home country and not even able to call the O2 team. Multiple times I filled the cancellation form but no response. This is very traumatic and costing me a lot. Can someone help me how to cancel my contract.  Edit o2_Kathi 23.07.25 Moved from the section o2 Home Vertrag & Tarife zu English o2 Community: Broadband & Landline

My bill is not correctly assigned to my phone number, so I cannot access the bill or see it in my app because my phone number is not linked to the contract.Edit o2_Kathi 12.05.25 Moved from the section o2 Mobilfunk to English o2 Community: Mobile + Title adapted for a better overview

Hi,I bought a new O2 pre-paid sim card today.  The agent in the store said it would take 10-20 minutes to activate and connect, but 8 hours later I still have no signal. Is it possible that something has not been correctly processed?edit o2_Solveig 21.07.2025, 2035 Uhr moved from Prepaid → English o2 Community : Mobile

Hello,I have been on the Home S Flex tariff for almost 2 years. I don't want to make any binding/fixed contracts.I just want to upgrade my package to Home M Flex. So I have a few questions:Is it possible to upgrade without paying a new “one time connection fee”? Because I already paid this when I opened my current Home S Flex plan.   Is it possible to get a discount for upgrading (to Home M Flex) without a fixed contract?Best

Hi O2 community,I had made a contract from O2 last 26.11.21 and it took along time before they send me the activated simcard and then came my DSL contract faster than the contract I made from O2. So, It‘s no used anymore to have O2 free Unlimited basic contract 29.99€ Monthly, becaused i am not using it anymore so I decided 08.12.21 to terminate my active plan and yesterday I have called O2 team that handles the termiantion which i received from the email about my cancellation and to strengthen my termination. The customer service took my bank account and then process it. My question now is, how would i know if my contract has been already terminated? I didn‘t received any email or confirmation right after I talked to the O2 termination team. It‘s not clear to me if it was cancelled or not. Please help me, guide me what to do next. Thank you in advance O2 Community! Sincerely yours,John Edit o2_Bianca: Beitrag verschoben von Vertrag&Tarife zu English Community Mobile

Hello, I contracted O2 for my home on november 29th, my internet is activated and I still did not receive my router. Everytime I contact the English hotline they give me different information, people hang up the phone, terrible service. Last time someone said that there was a mistake and that they would ship the router ASAP. It’s been 4 days and I still don’t have a tracking number. I need urgent help. thanksEdit o2_Kathi 27.12.24 Moved from the section DSL, Kabel & Glasfaser to English o2 Community: Broadband & Landline

Hi O2 Community,I’ve been a loyal O2 customer on the Unlimited Max plan, and come September 2025, I’ll be hitting my 4-year mark. My 24-month contract term ended a while ago, and since 2023, I’ve been receiving repeated messages urging me to extend my contract. Here’s the thing — every time I look into it, I’m told that extending the contract doesn’t come with any change in price, benefits, or upgrade incentives. I always assumed that extending a contract would at least come with a better deal or some form of loyalty reward, but that hasn’t been the case. Most recently, I received a text message claiming I was selected for a 'secret deal' if I extended my contract and was asked to call the hotline. I called, but the agent said there was no such deal and that the only benefit to extending was “securing” my current contract — which frankly doesn't sound like much of a benefit at all.I’m genuinely confused — is this really how O2 rewards long-standing customers? After nearly 4 years, I expe

Dear o2 Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the persistent network coverage issue at my residence: XXXXXX, 15320 Neuhardenberg. Since 1st September 2024, I have been experiencing extremely poor signal strength inside my home, which has made it nearly impossible to make or receive calls reliably. I have previously reported this issue via the o2 Forum and customer care, but no resolution has been provided thus far. Despite following all recommended troubleshooting steps, including checking for disruptions via the o2 Live Check, manually selecting the network, and enabling WiFi calling, the problem remains unresolved. This ongoing issue has caused significant inconvenience, impacting my ability to stay connected for personal and professional purposes. I kindly request that this matter be escalated to the appropriate department for an urgent resolution. If necessary, I am open to a technical inspection in my area to identify and rectify the issue. I

Edit: 7530 AX, sorry.Hey,I've been trying to get a clear answer on this for days now.As far as I know, the Fritz!Box 7530 AX doesn’t support true bridge mode—is that correct? If that’s the case, is PPPoE passthrough still an option? For example, if I disable the internet connection on the Fritz!Box, can I let my own router handle the PPPoE login?I’m trying to avoid double NAT, and I’d rather not spend €100 on a dedicated modem if I can make this setup work with what I have.Does anyone here know for sure? Thanks!

I made a contract with you for 2 years with an esim.Ive paid the first month and the activation fee and in the email you have sent me you said that youll send shortly another one with further instructions. Its been 3 days and I havent received anything.I need the phone number asap, thank you Edit o2_Bianca 15.07.25 10:37Uhr: Moved from Sim Karte Bestellung&Aktivierung to English o2 Community mobile
