Clarification and Assistance Regarding Unexpected Credit Purchase

I am writing to request clarification and assistance regarding an unexpected charge on my account.

I have never used mobile data, yet credits were automatically purchased, and I was unilaterally charged for them. I would like to confirm that I did not authorize or purchase these credits myself. Could you please let me know if I am still required to pay for this charge?

Since I am currently in Korea, the only way I can purchase credits is through my German bank account (N26). However, this option is currently blocked, and I am unable to make the payment of €18.98. I kindly ask for your support in resolving this issue and providing me with an alternative solution to complete the payment.

    When I came back to my country, Korea, I was staying with the O2 sim removed when the data pack equivalent to 14.99(data package M, 25GB)was automatically paid out and O2 tried to take the money out of my bank account. After that, I charged an additional 4 euros worth of credit for not paying. O2 unilaterally asked me to pay a total of 18.98 euros in credit, and I was afraid of the guidance that if I didn't pay, I would hand it over to the collection agency, so I paid for now. I want this money back as much as possible.

    well, your package has a cancellation period. You have to pay even if you don’t want to use it anymore. So as the direct debit failed the open amount had to be balanced. Your prepaid card is cancelled now but there is no chance to return the money back to you. I’m sorry.
