However, if you activate the public IP, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. So you could try it out and cancel within 14 days if necessary. Activation is subject to a one-time fee of 49.99€. Yes sure i want to activate trial

hi i have activated the public IP. Do I need to change anything in the access point setting of my SIM card? i have restarted my device also 

after changing apn from internet to NETPUBLIC my internet speed dropped to 7 Mbps. If I change back this to internet i get upto 300 mbps whats the issue. ping is not even stable after public ip ​@o2_Bianca

Did you write the word “netpublic” in lowercase? Is it working better for you now?

Hi ​@o2_Kathi thanks for replying. I have changed it and my ip is changed incan see in the speed test but im making same issue in this also ping is not stable. Im getting upto 200 to 300 mbps speed. Ping is not stable you can test ping these are amazon server where game is hosted like Fortnite etc. here is website cloudping.info where you can see the list of server and ping maybe port forwarding can help ping jum to from 40 to 160 and then back to 40 or 30 even with public ip.i want to confirm if this issue will be resolved with this or otherwise i cancel the public ip.

Im using 5g mobile data tried with wifi hotspot and also through usb

what is your state by now? Did the speed raise again or do you still want to cancel the public IP?
