Contract Cancellation due to leaving Germany

Hello, I have applied for contract cancelation on 02.05.2025 with the last desired day to be 30.06.2025. Why do I have to pay another invoice for July since I announced my leaving on time.

I have O2 my Home M Flex. When I registered it said I have to announce with 1 month before leaving and I did!

Invoices are issued retroactively, so you may not have received a July invoice yet. Compare the service period on the invoice with your cancellation date. It's quite possible that this is the final invoice.

I have checked your data. Everything is finished since July 1st 2025. So the invoice you received was the final one.

Hi its been 6months since i left germany i need to cancel sim contracts for two of my sim. Kindly help on that.
