Dear O2 team After a lot of frustrating phone calls and visits to O2 shop without any resolution, I am now trying my luck to find a solution here. I use MultiSIM and eSIM service from O2. I used it in multiple devices. I noticed a couple of months ago that all the eSIM cards that I had installed on my devices were working fine, but on the O2 App and Website, I always see that the eSIM cards are not installed and are ready for installation. I kept ignoring this error, but now when I tried to switch my eSIM to a new phone, I realised that it was a big issue as my entire SIM Verwaltung option had stopped working.I can no longer see the details of my SIM cards, activate them, order eSIM profile, change the name of the SIM card. All these services are blocked and I simply get an error. The error screenshot can be seen below.  On the O2 App, the error message is different depending on where I open the app. On Android App, I see the following status which shows that none of the eSIM cards that

I need to port my number from O2 to Winsim but I can’t find the option in Mein O2 app or the web version. Please help! Edit by Katy: moved to english o2 Community Mobile

I have been an o2 customer since June 6 and I have a 5g homepot with a speed of 100 mb/s, my download is on average 3-20 mb/s and upload is 0-1 mb/s. There is a problem with any internet browsing. I tried switching the network to 4G, but it didn't help at all. I tried to place the router in different places in the apartment, but it did not improve the speed. I put the SIM card in the phone, but the speeds are still 3/0.5-1 Mbps. Can you do something about it?Edit: o2_Lea/15.07.2024/09:17/Moved from mobile at home to the English community

Hello Community. I would like to ask a question about O2 Unlimited Max (2021) Tariff for €29.99,so, I signed contract with O2 forUnlimited Max (2021) Tariff on 18.05.2022 with arecommandation from my friend that was using O2 for a long time DSL Home Internet and he gave me a code for a 50% off of the contract for a friend recommandations which is amazing, so instead ofpaying €59.99/monthly, I pay only €29.99. Time of that year came where I can now extend my contract and I would like really to stay with O2 if Ican get the same offer O2 Unlimited Max (2021) package instead of paying €59.99 I pay €29.99.Before I signed the contract with O2 for 02 Unlimited Max (2021) I called and asked support team from O2 if I sign the contract for the same Tariff for 24 month and I pay €29.99/monthly, will I get the same price after & same package after the contract expires cuz' I got O2 Recommanded by my friend and simply, operator told me YES, after this contract expires you'll get the same Tariff

Hi, I have recently received a SMS from O2 informing that I will be having another one-off EUR20 direct debit (in 3 days) although my O2 profile shows no on going instruction. I have direct debit EUR20 a day earlier and I do not need more deduction. Appreciate advise how can I avoid the EUR20 direct debit and also how can I remove my bank account details from O2.

Hello,First - my questions are in English as my German may lead to confusion. So, the extra effort made to resolve will be much appreciated.Till today I was on O2 prepaid S but I have now stopped the subscription. The current contract runs till 12th July.Question 1: Is it correct that after 12th July, I am on the basic plan of 9Ct/Min and there will be no money debited from my Guthaben?I do not have any intention to stop or switch from O2 but only to stop the service for 4 months since I will be outside EU and not needing the service. Once I return, I intend to continue with the same plan as I have had before.Question 2: There is slightly high amount of credit left in Guthaben and the current expiry date is shown as end of December. Even after i restart the subscription, I wont be using all the credit within the following 2 months. So what happens to the Guthaben that is not consumed by the expiry date but I am actually having an active subscription? Because I am on an active subscript

I checked other posts where it says what to do but for me to take Partner card I have options in “Previous provider” and there is no “AldiTalk”,  “eplus” or anything similar so I am unable to finish my purchase ? Also this is my Partner number, so it will not match my First Name/Last Name ?

How do i go about cancelling the insurance on my phone?Rgds,ES
